Dr. Gerald H. Woehr Tribute
Dr. Gerald H. Woehr was a principal and later the superintendent in the Plumsted Township School District for 20 years; where he led the community efforts to establish the New Egypt High School, New Egypt Middle School, and the New Egypt Primary School. Dr. Woehr was honored for his service to the students of Plumsted Township with the renaming of the New Egypt Elementary School to the Dr. Gerald H. Woehr Elementary School.
